About refund

If a defect is found during product inspection, or if we have to cancel your order due to reasons on our part, such as a shortage of stock after placing an order.

Or if the product you receive is defective and you have submitted a return request, we will refund you in the following manner.


① Customers who purchased with credit card or Shoppay

We will process the refund to the card number used for the purchase.

Once the payment has been confirmed, the charge will be sent to the credit card company and the amount will be withdrawn from your account. The cancellation amount will then be refunded to your card according to the schedule of each credit card company.


②Customers who purchased through Paidy

The refund amount will be deducted from your Paidy bill.


<After payment to Paidy>

The refund amount will be offset against the Paidy billing amount from the following month onwards.

[If the billing amount for the following month exceeds the refund amount]
You will be charged the difference between the next month's invoice amount and the refund amount.

[If the billing amount for the following month is less than the refund amount]
The following month's billing amount will be offset against the refund amount, and any excess refund amount will be carried over to the month after that.


If you request an immediate refund, Paidy will ask for your bank account information and refund your money directly.

③Customers who purchased with Amazon Pay

Refunds will be processed through the Amazon Pay service provided by Amazon Services International, Inc.

Even if you return a product, we may charge you the product price and then refund you the following month.

④Customers who purchased using smartphone payment (KOMOJU)

A refund will be made via PayPay. For details, please check the LINE Pay administration screen.


⑤ Customers who purchased using carrier payment

The refund date will vary depending on the mobile carrier you use.
